One of the things I feel so grateful for is my commitment to exercise. I’m fortunate to have the motivation to fit in a sweat session every day. From a HIIT class with weights to a surf to a long tennis match, and my very first love, yoga, I feel like my best self after completing an intense workout.

When i-Blason reached out to me to review their Cosmo Series, I was skeptical. Would the quality live up to the fun designs? Would the fun designs look chic or come off cheesy?

Growing up, I lived in a culture that shamed periods. I remember being teased by my peers as a packaged tampon fell out of my jacket in the hallway at school. I was 11 years old. As an adult, I became savvy at stealthily transferring a tampon from my handbag to my pocket, or slipping it up my sleeve, without anyone seeing. Waving around a tampon was like showing off a gun — making people, at the very least, highly uncomfortable. But things have changed.

I feel like I have a fairly healthy balance between going totally bare and dressing up my face. I have no problem going out in public with air-dried hair and a face with nothing on it but some serum and moisturizer.

I’m obsessed with skin care. Give me all the toners, all the serums, all the face masks! Recently, I’ve become a bit overzealous with getting professional facials as well. Is it the idea of someone massaging my face?
