Revolve Around the Blog Part 2
I seriously can’t believe it’s already September! While that used to mean the end of summer, in Southern California, the season is just getting started. All the gloominess of June that lingered into July is long gone. The hoards of tourists have left the beach, allowing locals to relish in all the space and solitude. The water is finally warm enough to surf without a wetsuit (and will be through October).
I realized I haven’t worn a pair of jeans since July. The warmer months bring out the most free spirited of my fashion choices. Dresses and skirts reign supreme, allowing my legs to breathe. Smocked dresses provide a form-fitting look that’s incredibly comfortable. The style often means I don’t need to wear a bra, so I’m even more into it!
With September well underway, I’m happy to say my summer style is holding strong. Here’s a look at what I’m wearing from Revolve right now:

Reston Mini Skirt by Lovers + Friends (Pro Tip: This skirt works as a tube top too!)
Janine Dress by Tularosa (The textured fabric with smocked panels make this LBD great for a night out when paired with strappy heels, or a comfy day ‘fit when paired with sneakers.)
Innika Short by Lovers + Friends (These shorts wear like PJs, but when paired with a chunky heel and a bodysuit, can easily be dressed up!)
Nola Maxi Dress by MAJORELLE (This is the most feminine dress I’ve ever worn. I feel like a fairy in it!)

Skyla Top by LPA (This corset-style top is so flattering and fun. Oh, and it’s majorly on sale!)
Skyla Bottom by LPA (I love the fit of these bottoms. They can sit high on the hip to elongate the legs.)
